Modern MBA Prompter: Privacy Policy

Modern MBA Prompter does not collect, store or share any personal data.

Microphone and speech. When you press Start listening, the app uses your Mac’s microphone and Apple’s on-device speech recognition to keep your place in your script. Recognition happens entirely on your Mac. Audio and transcripts are never recorded, saved or sent anywhere, and the microphone turns off when you stop. Steady scrolling doesn’t use the microphone at all.

Your scripts and settings. These are stored only on your Mac, inside the app’s own storage. We never see them. When you open a script from a file, the app reads only the file you pick, and only to copy its text into your list of scripts. Your reading pace, measured while the prompter follows your voice, is kept on your Mac too, only to estimate read times.

No accounts, analytics, tracking or advertising. The app makes no network connections.

Children. The app collects no data from anyone, including children.

Changes. If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
